However, if you wish to print your photo book in a different format, smaller for example, you can do so from the application using the "Format" button (visible at the top of the application). Your book will then be proportionally resized. We strongly recommend checking each page to ensure these new proportions suit you before ordering and printing your photo book.
You can create your photo book in different formats. You will then have to choose a format from the 6 available:
• Small landscape - 21x15cm: suitable for printing a PDF photo book such as a baby book
• Large landscape - 29.7x21cm: ideal size for creating a PDF book showcasing large high-quality photos
• Small portrait - 15x21cm: ideal size for printing a PDF storybook collection, for example
• Large portrait - 21x29.7cm: suitable format for a PDF album of a wedding photo session
• Small square - 21x21cm: to be used for making a PDF book such as a cookbook
• Large square - 30x30cm: ideal size for a professional portfolio from a PDF file

All imported files (PDF, Word, or PowerPoint) are automatically converted to the RGB color profile, suitable for screen display. If you prefer a different profile, such as CMYK, our system also offers it. For other specific needs, contact us directly.
Using PDF files: we recommend using PDF files because they are universal and display the same way on all computers and printers. This ensures that text sizes and photo colors remain faithful to your original document.
Using Word and PowerPoint files: Word and PowerPoint files can also be used, but they are not universal. This means your designs and layouts may not be respected. For simple layouts, this is not a problem. For sophisticated layouts, it is better to save your Word and PowerPoint files as PDF before importing them.
Managing large files: if your PDF, Word, or PowerPoint file exceeds 3 GB, please contact us directly by email or phone for a suitable solution. Large files may arrive corrupted on our servers, so it is better to use specialized tools to send them. Processing large files usually takes a few tens of minutes. You will be notified by email as soon as the file is converted. An account will be automatically created if you do not already have one, allowing you to view and modify your photo book at any time.
Photo book saving duration: all books created on our site are saved for at least one year. If you have not accessed your photo album after a year, we will contact you to extend the save for free. Each extension request adds an additional year.
