How long does creating a photo album take?
How many photos can I add to a photo album?
We generally recommend using 2 to 4 photos per page. This allows for more airy layouts and more pleasant viewing.
Is the photo album totally customizable?
You can also add as many texts as you want. Our application also offers a collection of images and page backgrounds that will allow you to decorate your photo album to make it unique.
Is the cover editable?
Our application allows you to view your cover open flat. This way it is more practical to visualize the final rendering, and to be able to create original layouts.
What is the maximum number of pages?
The albums with the fewest pages are the albums with lay flat opening (48 pages) and stapled booklets (36 pages).
How long will it take to receive my photo album?
Delivery times do not depend on the number of photo books ordered. Whether you order 1 photo album or 200, the timings are the same.
Can I share my photo album?
Go to your account, locate your photo book and enable sharing. You will then have a unique web address for your album that you can share with your loved ones.
What is bleed?
Printing houses print albums on large sheets over a meter wide and several meters long. These sheets are then cut to extract your pages. The cutting is done on industrial machines with a precision of around 5 millimeters. Bleed corresponds to these 5 millimeters. Therefore, make sure not to place important content (text, faces) within 5 mm of the edges of your pages.
Can I make my photo book from a WORD or PDF file?
We recommend the use of PDF files because they are universal. This means that they use standards that allow them to be displayed the same way on any computer. WORD and PowerPoint files are not universal and may display differently on our computers (different font size, altered photo colors, etc.).
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Just contact us by email or phone, and we will proceed with the cancellation or modification of your order. After 24 hours, unfortunately, the order has already been printed and cannot be canceled.
How to get an invoice?
Go to the Orders tab, locate your order and then you will see a link "Download my invoice". If you are a professional, you have the option to specify a billing address different from the delivery address.
What to do if my photo album arrives damaged?
Just take 2 or 3 pictures (with your mobile phone for example). These pictures must be clear and allow us to see the damage. Then send them to us by email responding to any email you have received from us. As soon as we receive your message, we will start reprinting your order.
How to extend a discount code?
Our promotions are linked to negotiations with our suppliers (paper, transport, printing). This explains why we do not have the ability to extend promotional offers beyond the periods set in advance. However, we regularly launch promotions on our site. And if your order cannot wait, just contact us and we will offer you a solution.
