Once your photo book is ordered, any modifications you make will not be taken into account.
Here's what to do if you wish to make last-minute changes:
- Go to your account, in the My Orders section
- Click on Suspend this order and state the reason
- Modify your album (in the My Creations section)
- Send us an email at contact@flexilivre.com to confirm that you have finished
- We will then validate your order within 24 hours (generally it's quicker than this, but if you notify us in the middle of the night, we might be sleeping :)
Be careful: the 'Suspend this order' button is only accessible on the day of the order until 11:59 PM, after this time frame it will no longer be possible to put the order on hold.
Note if you have several copies of the same album, you need to make the changes on the album that was ordered.
