Getting the Best Print Quality

For display speed reasons, our application degrades the quality of your photos on screen. However, it is indeed your original photos that are used during printing.

On the screen of your computer, mobile, or tablet, most photos appear sharp and clear. Even those of very low quality. However, once printed, only the photos of good quality come out well.

Our application will indicate which photos are too low in quality to get a good print by using an exclamation point in a red bubble.

When you encounter a photo that is too low in quality (as indicated by our application), you can still use it.

To achieve a good printing result, we recommend reducing the size of the photo until the exclamation point disappears.

If you are using scanned photos, it is also possible that they may be too low in quality. Unfortunately, our application is not able to detect the quality of this type of photo. You will therefore have to judge the quality of the photos on screen yourself. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts.
