How to create a black and white photo book?

Many photography enthusiasts prefer black and white for their creations. More elegant, this visual format generally has a more striking impact than traditional color photos. The site FlexiLivre offers the opportunity to print your memories on paper through an entirely black and white photo book. Like any other photo album, you need to select the format, theme, and type of cover. Once that is done, you can get to the heart of creation.

1. Import your photos

Once in the FlexiLivre application, click on the camera and choose the source of import. Depending on the quality of your connection, you can download all the photos planned for the photo book, or do it as you create your pages.

2. Apply the black and white filter to your photo

The photo for your cover is ready to use. If it is in color as in our example:

1. Drag it to its destination frame: once in place, this is when it is transformed into black and white.
2. Click on the photo to display the different settings offered.
3. Click on "Apply a filter"
4. Scroll through the suggestions until "black and white" appears and select it

3. Enhance your photos & texts

Once your photos have been modified to black and white, several other settings are possible. For example, you can refine the shape of the frame by clicking on "Apply a mask" and choose the one that suits you best.

Text content can also be modified as soon as you click on it. Text or background color, word size, general formatting, adapt it to your album.
