Once you've created your photo album, what happens next? What happens to your work from creation to delivery?
The 12 strokes of midnight
After you have placed an order for your photo album, it is safely archived on the FlexiLivre servers. This allows you to modify it at any time. But beware, after the 12 strokes of midnight, it will be too late! No more changes can be made because between midnight and 1 AM, the photo albums are sent to the printing servers. Up to this point, everything happens in a digital manner, without any human intervention. At FlexiLivre, we are a bit like magicians at heart! Your photo album will travel in a few minutes the several hundred kilometers that separate it from the print shop partnered with FlexiLivre.

At work, starting at 6 AM!
Very early, starting at 6 AM, your photo album enters the printing phase. This is where the printer workers begin their work. They prioritize Express orders and then the others. At FlexiLivre, respecting deadlines is sacred!
A Good Impression
The pages are then printed as large sheets. They are then cut to size. If you have chosen the varnished paper option, this is when the pages of your photo album will undergo varnishing. Next comes the step of shaping the cover. In the case of a hardcover, an illustrated sheet will be directly printed onto cardboard. After this operation, the cover is laminated. This actually involves applying a thin plastic film to make the cover more durable and more appealing. It is then time to bind your photo album, that is, to fit the inner pages with the cover before gluing them together. All that remains now is to let everything dry! Your photo album has now become a beautiful book that you will be proud of!
Let's go, Simone!
Once packed and nicely decorated with a shipping label, your photo album will hit the road to reach you. Carriers arrive at the workshop in the mid-afternoon to collect all the parcels. FlexiLivre has developed a partnership with three companies, La Poste, TNT, and Chronopost, to ensure deliveries to drop-off points. There, they are sorted for delivery to you.
Ultimately, the creation of your photo album requires the intervention of 3 to 5 people, aside from yourself.
