First, make sure that your order has indeed been sent. We sent you an email automatically when your package was dispatched. If you haven't received this email, go to your account, in the "My Orders" section. There you will find your order, and you will be able to see if it has been sent.
If your package has been sent, you can track it online on the carrier's website (La Poste, Chronopost, TNT, ...).

If your package has not yet been sent, this means that we are behind on printing your order.
In most cases, this happens when we detect a manufacturing defect at the time of shipment. We then reprint your order.
