Photo Books and Albums Quality Manufacturing
High Quality Production
Since our beginnings, we have been producing all our photo albums with very high-quality standards. Our albums are produced in Europe, in our own workshops. We control the entire production chain, which allows us to ensure high-quality manufacturing for all our photo albums.
Our printing workshop is made up of a passionate team. Many of our collaborators have been working in photo album printing for many years. They have experienced the era of offset printing and, in recent years, fully digital printing. They all receive regular training on the use of the latest printers directly from the companies that produce and supply these machines (mainly HP and Xerox).
For several years, we have been working to make all our production eco-responsible, and we hope to achieve this completely very soon. Our paper comes from European producers and is produced from wood from sustainably managed forests according to very strict standards. We also use inks mostly produced in Europe.
Proximity
It is very unpleasant to contact a customer service ...on the other side of the planet, and find on the other end of the phone a person very far removed from our local context. Our customer service is located in Spain, and our printing workshop in Europe. This allows us to be very reactive and, above all, aware of issues related to our social environment. Our customer service works every day in close collaboration with the printing workshop, both for production management and to resolve the different technical problems that our customers may encounter (color issues, format issues, etc.).
Our customer service is located in Madrid. You can stop by if you are walking around the neighborhood. We always warmly welcome our customers in our premises. We have a large library of photo albums that will allow you to appreciate our work. And our coffee is better than anywhere else :)
Guaranteed Quality
We use the most modern printers on the market. This allows us to achieve high-quality printing results. However, since everything ultimately depends on mechanical and electronic processes, we manually check our photo albums at every stage of production and before each shipment. For this, our operators, all residents of the region and proud of their technical skills, do everything possible to ensure that the quality of what they produce is impeccable.
At the moment, the most modern printers are the HP 12000 and the XEROX IGEN 5. Our operators have been trained by HP and XEROX in the use of these machines and already have several years of experience with these printers in particular. Techniques continue to evolve, and we always learn with great enthusiasm to offer you the best. We are present at all printing fairs held in Europe. This allows us to stay updated on the evolution of our industry and choose what will allow us to achieve the best graphic results for you.
Guaranteed Lead Times
The decision to produce locally also allows us to considerably reduce delivery times . Our photo albums are produced in Europe, allowing us to deliver to our customers in Spain and neighboring countries within 48 hours in most cases.
It is also an ethical choice, as it considerably reduces our environmental impact. In fact, our production line is entirely local, as is our delivery. Many competitors in our sector have chosen to print their photo albums in countries where the economy and wages are lower. However, the impact of this choice is enormous. It has consequences at the business, economic, and ecological levels. In fact, the shipping time of their photo albums is usually quite long (at least a week). They do not participate in local employment. And finally, each photo album produced travels a long distance before being delivered to the end customer!
What about them?
This label was created for the printing industry. Through a precise set of specifications, it guarantees the implementation of concrete actions aimed at reducing the environmental impacts associated with the activity of a printing company.
Along with the goal of reducing carbon emissions from our production, we have chosen to offset our CO2 emissions in full (Scope 3). This translates into funding several projects: reforestation, projects with local ecological commitments.
