How to convert a Powerpoint file to PDF?

In theory, it is possible to upload your Powerpoint file directly without converting it. However, we recommend converting it to PDF to secure your data (special fonts, shifted images, etc.). Here's how to do it:

For Open Office:

1. Click onFile
2. Click onExport as PDF
3. Enter the name of your file
4. Click onFinish.

For Microsoft Powerpoint::

1. Download the necessary PDF add-ins for Microsoft Word if needed

3. Open your Powerpoint file
4. Click onFile in the upper left corner of your screen
5. Click onSave As
6. Click onType to display the list
7. In the file Type list, click onPDF.
8. Finally, click onSave.
