I can't download my photos

When we have a problem with one of our servers, we are alerted immediately and the technical service takes care of the breakdown very quickly in order to resolve it as soon as possible.

From experience, it must be issues related to your Internet service provider, a micro-disconnection of your connection during the photo transfer or a browser problem. As a result, your provider, having been unable to continue transferring and uploading the photos to our servers, the download may go on indefinitely.


To remedy this, I suggest:

- clearing your browser's cache:

- trying again to send your photos using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla)

- sending them in small batches of 100.

In the event that this still does not work, you can group all your photos into a single file (select all your photos ==> right-click ==> compressed folder).


Once this compressed folder is created, send it to me via www.wetransfer.com by indicating the email contact@flexilivre.com


I will then download the photos myself into your album. I will let you know as soon as they are uploaded so that you can resume creating your album.


If you have several albums in progress, please indicate the name of the concerned book so that I download the photos to the right place.
