I can't download my PDF album into my account.

From experience, it must be an issue related to your internet provider's browser, a micro-disconnection of your connection during the file transfer. Thus, your provider not having been able to continue to transfer and send the file to our servers, the download can last indefinitely.


To remedy this, here are some solutions to resolve this problem:

If it still does not work, send us your files via Wetransfer.com (indicating our email contact@flexilivre.com)

As soon as we receive your file, we will integrate it, and we will inform you by email.
