We do not look at customers' albums, out of respect for privacy, except when requested for a question, doubt, request for help, or a manual verification, etc...
It would anyway be humanly impossible for us to view all of the customers' albums, given their number and the fact that our team only consists of 3 people.
The emails you may receive in case of an error are triggered automatically not by viewing your albums, but only if our algorithm has detected a "beginning of creation" without an order being placed or without further modification afterward. No human eye intervenes without your request.

In general, items uploaded to your account (PDF, photos, texts, etc.) remain online for 1 year (renewable), so you can place a possible subsequent order, except in the case where you take the action to delete your book yourself. In this case, all the documents are removed from our storage servers.
Likewise, upon a simple request by email, we can also delete your account and all the data attached to it if you so desire (email, delivery data). Bank details are never saved.
This deletion can only be done once the placed order has been delivered, so that we can ensure its proper delivery to the end.
