I have a message warning me that some photos are missing?

When you upload photos to your account, two things happen:

- first, we display thumbnails so you can start working without delay.

- in the background, the photos are uploading to our servers and this upload takes a bit more time.


TIP: to make the upload bar appear click on the Exit button at the top right so you can see the progress of the upload.


If the upload is too long or it's not progressing,

it could be due to issues with your internet provider, a brief disconnection during the photo transfer. Therefore, if your internet provider could not continue to transfer and send the photos to our servers, the upload can go on indefinitely.
To remedy this, I suggest:

- emptying your browser's cache

- trying again to send your photos by switching browsers (Chrome, Mozilla).

- sending them in small batches of 100
