It is imperative to use the tracking number we provide you to follow the progress of your package. Sometimes, however, it can happen that the status indicates "delivered" when you haven't received anything. In this case:
- could you first ask your caretaker or neighbors if the package isn't with them (this can happen)
- contact the carrier via the tracking platform
- in the case where you have no positive response, please contact us so that we can take the necessary steps.
